課程概述

This course will focus on presenting and discussing the recent development of bioactive phytochemicals; topics comprise the different types of bioactive phytochemicals, their applications, structure and activity relationship and pharmacological mechanism(s). This course will also train students to develop the skills in analyzing and reviewing critically the literatures on phytochemicals and their applications. 

課程目標
 This course aims to provide students an overview of the different types of bioactive phytochemicals, their applications, structure and activity relationship, pharmacological activities and mechanism(s) of action. Through presentation and discussion of the research articles, students are expected to equip with the ability of logical thinking and developing scientific concepts on the subject concern.
